Developed by Indra & Co. from initial concept through construction, Nico Plaza is a neighborhood retail center strategically located along Highway 18, directly across from Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley.

Completed in July 2020, the development is anchored by a Starbucks drive-thru and includes Jersey Mike's Subs and Nékter Juice Bar. The carefully selected tenant mix provides convenient dining and everyday services for hospital employees, local residents, and visitors traveling along the corridor.
